- You will be responsible for ensuring a reliable and cost-efficient supply chain, e. g. through the development and implementation of a clear supplier strategy.
- You will independently conduct price and terms negotiations and finalize purchase orders and framework agreements.
- To increase supply security and the resilience of the international supply chain, you will proactively and independently drive second-source projects.
- You will derive cost and process optimization measures from regularly generated KPI reports and be responsible for their consistent implementation.
- You will work closely and collaboratively with the related departments of Production Planning, Production, and Logistics.

- You have several years of professional experience in (strategic and operational) procurement at a manufacturing company.
- Initial leadership experience or experience in managing project teams is desirable.
- You demonstrate your entrepreneurial mindset by using metrics and KPIs to actively manage your responsibilities.
- Your approach to work is structured and solution-oriented - you remain calm under pressure and make clear decisions.
- Thanks to your strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and negotiation skills, you secure favorable terms without jeopardizing long-term business relationships.
