Aufgaben

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung unserer Frontend-Entwicklungsprojekte und übernehmen die Führung des Frontend- und Testing-Teams (5 Personen).
Hierzu zählt auch die Förderung der persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Teammitglieder.
Sie haben Freude an der selbstständigen Entwicklung von intuitiven User Interfaces.
Die Einhaltung hoher Qualitätsstandards im Code und in der Dokumentation ist für Sie selbstverständlich – Sie etablieren Best Practices und fördern eine konstruktive Code-Review-Kultur.
Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Backend-Team sowie dem Produktmanagement zusammen.

Profil

Sie haben ein Studium der Informatik oder ein naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Informatik erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Frontend-Entwicklung und idealerweise im Software-Testing (z. B. nach ISTQB).
Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams konnten Sie bereits sammeln.
Im Umgang mit linuxbasierten Betriebssystemen sind Sie sicher und haben gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Webentwicklung (insb. JavaScript).
Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Your mission

You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and realisation of our front-end development projects and will be in charge of the front-end and testing team (5 people).
This also includes promoting the personal and professional development of your team members.
You enjoy the independent development of intuitive user interfaces.
Maintaining high quality standards in code and documentation is a matter of course for you - in this respect you will regularly review code and implement best practices in your area.
You will work closely with the backend team and product management.

Your profile

You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or a scientific degree specialising in computer science.
You have several years of experience in front-end development and ideally in software testing (e.g. according to ISTQB).
You have already gained experience in leading and developing teams.
You are confident in working with Linux-based operating systems and have good knowledge of web development (especially JavaScript).
You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
